What is your name and role at Wello? 

My name is Allie Stewart and I am the Medical Aesthetic & Social Media Coordinator for Inliv.

Describe a typical day as a Medical Aesthetic & Social Media Coordinator.

My typical day – walking into my beautiful natural lite office and turning on my salt lamp with a fresh latte from the INLIV coffee machine. I then greet my co-workers and start right away with client care, making phone calls checking emails and booking appointments. Throughout the day I clean the treatment rooms and assist my wonderful Physicians and Registered Nurse with anything they may need. For clients I pick them up and escort them to their treatment room, sometimes focusing on consent papers and almost always talking products! Social media is a fun plus, creating posts and sharing with the world what we represent and stand for!

How has virtual healthcare changed your life?

It has made my life easier! Actually virtual health care is always on time and 24 hours. No extra wait time or travel time!

What is the biggest challenge about the work you do?

The biggest challenge about my job is multitasking. I love it and it is very much so do able but sometimes you really gotta push through and make sure you are prioritizing!

Describe yourself in one sentence.

I am outgoing and bubbly.

What is the most inspiring quote or book you have read?

Everything happens for a reason.

If you can be any superhero, which one would it be and why?

Wonder Women because she is the goddess of the Earth! That is the ultimate title.

What does it mean to be part of the Wello/Inliv family?

It means to be part of something big in the modern-day that changes people’s lives. It also means to be unique and stand out from the crowd!

My TEAM takes care of me. I had a fully booked afternoon for Medical Aesthetics and I needed to take the afternoon off. The client care team stepped in and supported my department, they took care of the clients with high-end CARE. All while using a new payment system to do so, I call that GROWTH and a learning experience. At the end of the day all of the duties and tasks were complete and all the patients I follow up with from that afternoon were so pleased with PASSION and the level of service provided. Thank you client care team!
